There is a discrepancy as to birth date & place for Mary Ann GREEN versus baptismal date & place.
In both the 1841 and 1851 censuses Mary A HARRIS nee GREEN quotes her birthplace as Stokenchurch and her birthyear as about 1795.
But there are no possible Mary GREEN baptism to be identified in Stokenchurch around 1795 - 1800. The only possible Mary GREEN baptism that can be found is in Thame in 1800. This has therefore been included.
It can only be postulated that Mary Ann GREEN was born out of wedlock at Stokenchurch about 1795, but only baptised about 5 years later when her parents had married belatedly (!).
